Our Host

Matt Jones has been telling stories his whole life. One of four boys in a family of talkers, storytelling was a competition and an outlet. As high school history teacher and football coach, he used this ability to bring the events of the past and the present to life for his students and players. Today as a father of four himself, an active Scout leader, PTA president, coach and friend he's still using that power to communicate with wit, humor and an ability tap into those human emotions that connect us all, to keep those around him active and engaged.

A resident of Naperville for over ten years Matt has never forgotten his Virginia roots, his family, and the places he came from.

Karen Geddeis

Karen is a first-time storyteller with a fear of being boring and superpower for vulnerability. She shares her soul with the audience, so no bio required!

Jeanne Lambin

Jeanne Lambin has written many bios but, thus far, has not written one that she really likes.  This is not a terrible problem to have. She will be telling a new story.

Stella Myers

A ferocious momma bear of 2 beautiful kids. The wife to the handiest of men and owner of the cutest Yorkie ever. Stella has been a stay at home mom for 15yrs, meanwhile working as a freelance decorator. She prides herself on finding that perfect one of a kind piece, the one that makes a house a home.

When she’s not driving her teens around town, she can most likely be found at her favorite flea market, antique store or any Homegoods!!

Her best advice is to say what you mean, but don’t say it mean!
